SauvestreTM B.F.S. "Balle Flèche Sauvestre" (lead arrow bullet) cartridges for choked or unchoked shotguns, with smooth or rifled barrels, includes the loaded cartridge case as well as the complete arrow bullet. Its ballistic qualities come from te combination of soft-caliber arrow with very hard central nucleus surrounded by a mass of lead or non lead alloy and a launch sabot, made of two ring-shaped half shells that guarantee combustion gas tightness, but also the flexibility needed to go down the barrel.
